The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the classes are small sized, and the community is simply amazing.
They guide you through the practice with clear instructions and cues on how to properly perform a posture (which is something I have been struggling to find in other studios) and I finally understand how yoga isn’t just about flexibility!
Yoga has helped improve my mobility, posture, and training in muay thai and the gym. Surprisingly, it has improved my strength as well!
