Why should I Practice Yoga? – With a regular yoga practice you can expect to gain flexibility but also strength, focus and peace of mind. The longer and more consistent your practice the greater the benefits.
Do I need Prior Yoga Experience? – No, we are happy to accept anyone new to yoga
Do I need to be Physically Fit or Flexible? – No, it is with your practice that you will gain flexibility and become more fit.
Will Yoga help me get in shape? – Yes, it will. Results are however dependent on your level of commitment.
Is Yoga about fitness/flexibility? – Fitness and flexibility are things you can expect to gain with a regular practice. We have personally experienced that there is more to gain and encourage our students to remain open to receiving much more than fitness and flexibility.
If I am injured, is Yoga for me? – With approval of your medical professional yoga is a most useful tool for correcting injuries when practiced correctly. Depending on the type and severity of the injury you may require more individual attention.
Will Yoga take away from other parts of my life? – Yoga is non denominational and should only improve any other aspect of your life.
What should I bring to my first class? – Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and an open mind.
