Johan Hamm

Johan came to yoga as a way to heal from years of being a competitive athlete. Starting in local yoga studios he quickly realized the benefits and decided to go to India for intensive Ashtanga and Pranavashya yoga programs. He did his teacher training at Yoga Passage. Johan now passes on what he has learned from his own yoga journey.

Mia’s yoga classes are challenging yet fun, and focus on proper alignment with modifications for people of all skill levels to enjoy. She completed her certification through the Alberta Yoga College in 2014.

Christine Kalivoda

Christine started practicing yoga many years ago as a complement to her other sports and activities. As she learned and practiced many different styles, she realized that yoga was becoming more important in all aspects of her daily life. In 2019 Christine traveled to Bali, Indonesia to become a certified instructor. Continuing her learning journey, Christine completed her yoga Nidra training in 2020. “My approach to yoga is that everyone can benefit from yoga. I incorporate balance, strength, flexibility, release, and relaxation in my classes. I hope to practice and share energy with you!

Jonathan McCracken

Jonathan McCracken

Jonathan is a new yoga instructor with many years of personal experience in yoga and meditation. He took his teacher training at Ease Yoga under the guidance of Johan Hamm, soon after joining the studio as a student. Jonathan incorporates yoga principles into his daily life and during his classes, he works to foster a healthy blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Jonathan’s goal as a teacher is to help you improve your overall well-being and deepen your connection with your personal yoga practice.
